How does billing work?
Founding Member is a single annual payment of ₹4,999 — no monthly billing and no auto-charge. Your founding rate is locked for life as long as you renew, and your listing stays live on the Free tier before and after.
What are inquiry credits?
When a patient submits an inquiry, their contact details are hidden by default. On the Free plan you spend 1 credit to reveal their phone and email; Founding Members get unlimited unlocks included.
How does the WhatsApp button work?
Founding Member listings show a WhatsApp button on your profile page. Patients can tap it to start a WhatsApp conversation with you directly — no credits needed.
